He is also a Full Professor of Leadership and Strategy at the Jack Welch Management Institute, a top-five MBA program, and continues to coach senior executives across diverse industries. Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Harold Abel School of Psychology at Capella University. His research explores the relationship between self-identity and leadership performance.
